Shipping Information

HIMA 4x4 ships worldwide, serving customers across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and beyond.

All orders are reviewed and confirmed within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the latest status of your purchase.

To provide the most reliable delivery experience possible, we work with trusted logistics partners and available fulfillment locations. Depending on product availability, destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier performance, delivery times may vary.

Most orders are dispatched within a few business days after confirmation. However, international shipments may take anywhere from several weeks up to two months to arrive, depending on the warehouse, destination, and regional logistics conditions.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear, especially during international transit or customs processing.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing your order. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hima4x4.com. Once the package has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

All products are carefully packed before shipping. Shipping damage is rare, but if your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, then contact us as soon as possible. Photos are required for damage claims and should be sent to us within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will review the case and respond within 24 hours.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the carrier is unable to reach you or complete delivery, the package may be returned to the shipping location. Please keep your phone and email available during the delivery period. HIMA 4x4 is not responsible for losses caused by missed delivery attempts, incorrect contact information, or failure to receive the package in time.
