Warranty Policy

At HIMA, our warranty is designed to give customers greater confidence on every trail, job site, and off-road journey. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing fair, practical support when a genuine product issue occurs.

HIMA products are covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the first retail purchaser and is not transferable. To request warranty support, customers must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, receipt, or other purchase record that allows us to verify the transaction.

If a HIMA product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or a failure under normal use during the warranty period, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a partial refund or a replacement product. HIMA does not provide product repair services under this warranty.

How It Works

  1. Contact HIMA support and provide details of the issue.

  3. Provide photos, videos, or other information requested by our support team so we can assess the claim.
  4. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, HIMA will offer the applicable warranty solution, which may be a partial refund or product replacement.

Exclusions

While we stand behind the quality of our products, this limited warranty does not cover:

  • Loss, theft, or products with no verifiable proof of purchase
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modification, disassembly, or attempted repair
  • Cosmetic wear or damage that does not affect normal product performance
  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, fire, flooding, severe impact, or other extreme conditions beyond normal use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sources
  • Claims made after the 3-year warranty period has expired
